Rice salad


Rice salad with peas, bell pepper, celery, spring onion, mandarin, curry powder and parsley.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice in a pan with water and salt according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Boil the peas with the rice for the last 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Clean the bell pepper, celery and spring onions and cut into pieces.
  4. Let the mandarin parts drain and collect the juice.
  5. Stir in a bowl the Yogonaise, 3 tbsp mandarin juice, curry powder, pepper and salt. Cut the parsley above it.
  6. Mix all ingredients of the salad together.
