Rice salad with basil dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white quick-cooking rice, cucumber, yellow peppers, green olives with allspice (240 ml), hazelnuts, mozzarella (cheese, a 125 g), vinaigrette (basilico (bottle a 250 ml)) and ciabatta (Italian bread).

Directions

Cook, drain and allow rice to cook according to instructions.

Clean cucumber, halve in length and remove seed lists.

Cut cucumber halves into slices.

Clean peppers and cut into pieces.

Halve olives.
-
Chop hazelnuts coarsely and roast in a dry frying pan for 5 minutes.

Mozzarella cut into cubes.
-
Shred all the ingredients with dressing.

Serve salad with ciabatta..
