Rice salad with sardines
Boil the rice in water with the bouillon tablet al dente. Drain, allow to stand out and then spread out in a bowl to cool.
Divide the sardines into pieces and mix them with the rest of the ingredients with the cooled rice.
Beat the oil with lemon juice or vinegar and scoop through the rice. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
Tasty with baguette and aioli.
