Directions

  1. Make the sauce by mixing the herbs, the capers, the pickles and the chopped onion with the mayonnaise.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the onion rings through the water and the flour and fry in a few minutes golden brown in oil of 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
