Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Dab the tofu dry with kitchen paper, cut into cubes and put into a bowl.

Add the soy sauce and marinate the tofu for 10 minutes. Scoop occasionally.

Chop the onion and cut the coals into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the tofu in 2-3 min. Brown.

Add the onion and the white part of the coals and cook for 3 minutes. Add the green part of the coals and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the wok sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the rice and the tofu with vegetables over 4 bowls and sprinkle with the coriander.
