Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes of 1 x 1 cm.

In the meantime, heat a wok without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips for 1 min on medium heat.

Add the onion cuttings and sambal and fry gently for 5 minutes on low heat. Add the chicken and stir fry 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry 2 minutes on high heat. Add the haricot beans and stir fry for another 2 minutes on a high heat.

Mix in the rice, bean sprouts and onions. Season with the soy sauce. Yummy! .
