Braised beef with bamboo shoots
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shii-takes (mushrooms), snow peas, garlic, spring onions, bamboo shoots (230 g), fresh coriander (15 g), steak, oil, Thai fish sauce, chili sauce, liquid broth and cornstarch.

Shi-take clean with kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Pick up pods and cut diagonally in half.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Clean the forest onions and cut them in an angle.

Let bamboo leak.

Pick the coriander leaves.

Cut steak into thin slices, halve slices.

Heat in frying pan or wok oil.

Stir in steak for approx.

2 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm in aluminum foil.

Bake garlic and spring onions in shortening.

Add another spoonful of oil if necessary.

Add shii-takes, snow peas and bamboo and bake for 2 minutes.

Add fish sauce, chili sauce, stock and 2 cups of boiling water.

Loosen maizena with tablespoon of water.

Cut maize porridge and slices of steak with vegetables and heat the whole for another 2 minutes to allow the sauce to bind.

Sprinkle generously with coriander.

Serve with white rice..
