Richly filled lasagna with grill cheese
Fresh lasagne sheets with grilled vegetables and a sauce of tomato cubes with pesto spread. The finishing touch: halloumi (grill cheese).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Let the grilled vegetables thaw.

Cut the halloumi in slices of ½ cm in width.

Slice the garlic. Mix with the tomato cubes and the pesto. Season with pepper and salt.

Grease the oven dish. Spread a layer of the tomato sauce over the bottom of the oven dish.

Cover with ⅓ of the lasagne sheets, ⅓ of the rest of the sauce and half of the grilled vegetables.

Make another layer. Cover this layer with the rest of the lasagne sheets, the rest of the sauce and the slices of halloumi.

Fry the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, mix the arugula with the rest of the pesto. Serve separately with the lasagne.
