Delicious snack with ricotta, surimi and chicken.

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices lengthwise with a cheese slicer or peeler. Remove the seed lists.
  2. Sprinkle the cucumber bars with the salt and drizzle with the vinegar. Put the cucumber in a colander, cover it with plastic wrap and place something heavy on it.
  3. Allow the cucumber to drain for at least 30 minutes. Before use dry the cucumber dry with kitchen paper. In the meantime cut off the leaves of the parsley.
  4. Stir in the ricotta, lemon oil and parsley. Then season to taste with pepper and salt.
  5. Cut the surimi into long slices. Cut the crusts of the bread and spread the slices with the ricotta mixture.
  6. Divide the cucumber bars into 1/3 of the slices of bread. Then invest 1/3 of the slices alternately with smoked chicken or surimi.
  7. Cover with the remaining slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches 2x diagonally, to triangles.
