Chop half of the radishes. Stir them through the sour cream or crème fraîche and add salt and pepper.

Mix the mackerel with the shallot.

Squeeze half of the lemon and cut the other half into pieces. Add lemon juice to the mackerel.

Fill the glasses with the mackerel mixture.

Divide the radish cream. Garnish with lemon and sprig chives and serve the rest of the radish. Tasty with toasted bread.
