Roasted Brussels sprouts with red onion and thyme

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Blanch the sprouts in water with salt for about 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Spoon the sprouts on the baking tray with the red onion, thyme and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast the sprouts in the center of the oven in about 25 minutes until lightly browned and al dente. Change a few times during roasting.
