Roasted apple with coriander sorbet


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: firm apples (Granny Smith), fresh-currant (15 g), apple syrup and powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. Washing apples and cutting 2 apples, removing the cores and cutting them into pieces. Pieces in an open freezer in deep freeze in about 1 hour almost freeze.
