Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Squeeze the garlic cloves over a bowl and stir in paprika, cumin, freshly ground black pepper and olive oil.

Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut them in a quarter with a large knife. Brush the stalks around with the spice mixture and put them on the baking sheet. Brush the tops again with the seasoning mixture and sprinkle some salt.
