Mashed potatoes with spring onions and butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (peeled and in pieces), whole milk, spring onions (in rings) and butter.

Potatoes in the bottom of water with salt in 20 min.

Covered cooking.

Slowly bring the milk to a boil.

Sprinkle the onions with milk and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Take the pan with milk from the heat and leave the mixture for 10 minutes, so that the flavors can withdraw.

Drain potatoes, put back on low heat and let dry in 1 min.

Shake pan occasionally.

Mash potatoes.

Mix warm milk mixture with half of butter with mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

Mash potatoes for 1 min.

(In microwave) melt remaining butter.

Mash mashed potatoes over four plates.
-
Puree in every mountain and pour melted butter into it.
