Directions

  1. Cut the chives very finely.
  2. Cut the parsley very fine.
  3. In a bowl, beat the lemon juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper with a whisk to a bonded dressing.
  4. Pour in the yogurt while beating and continue to beat until it is a nice homogeneous dressing.
  5. Finally, beat the green herbs and the olives and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the yoghurt dressing into a bottle with a wide neck.
  7. Or store the dressing in a lockable bowl.
