Cut the chives very finely.

Cut the parsley very fine.

In a bowl, beat the lemon juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper with a whisk to a bonded dressing.

Pour in the yogurt while beating and continue to beat until it is a nice homogeneous dressing.

Finally, beat the green herbs and the olives and season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Pour the yoghurt dressing into a bottle with a wide neck.

Or store the dressing in a lockable bowl.
