A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, mixed seafood (frozen, 500 g), (peanut) oil, limes, fish sauce, sugar, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), sea aster (lavender and vegetables).

Directions

  1. Thaw the seafood as indicated in the bag and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Beat in a bowl of oil with lime juice, fish sauce and sugar until dressing.
  3. Stir in garlic and chilli pepper.
  4. Stir in seafood and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Spoil occasionally.
  6. Then rinse the sea aster well and let it drain thoroughly.
  7. Sea star mixing with marinated seafood..
