Roasted chicory with sesame chicken

Cook the rice.

Heat the peanut and sesame oil and wokhere in the garlic and chicory for 2-3 minutes. Scoop out the woks keep separate.

Add the chicken cubes and fry them around golden brown.

Spoon the red pepper, curry powder and ginger with 3 tablespoons of syrup through and for 4-5 minutes.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan.

Spoon the chicory into the chicken mixture and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Spoon on the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
