Noodles Salad With Mango and Shrimp
Spicy mihoen salad with mango, shrimp, paprika and cucumber with a spicy dressing and fresh coriander.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package al dente. Drain and rinse in a colander under cold running water. Drain.

Wash the cucumber. Halve lengthways and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut the flesh into thin slices.

Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips. Then peel the mango and cut the flesh into slices of the kernel. Cut the slices into strips.

Mix the chili sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce and rice oil in a bowl. Mix in the noodles, mango and cucumber.

Cut the coriander finely and sprinkle over the salad with the prawns.
