Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the soup vegetables and spice mix and stir fry 2 minutes on high heat. Add the rice and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry 4 fried eggs.
  3. Meanwhile cut the ham into thin strips and scoop through the nasi. Serve with fried eggs and atjar tjampoer.
