Heat the oven grill. Melt the butter with the white or light brown sugar.

Place the orange slices on a baking sheet and pour the melted butter over it.

Cut the gingerbread into triangles and place them next to the orange slices. Do not grill too close to the grill.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with mascarpone or Greek yogurt. Also nice with pork and chicken.
