Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Peel the pears, cut them each into 8 parts and remove the cores. Pour the wine into a bowl and mix 2/3 of the sugar with the ginger. Put the segments of pear through them and divide them into a roasting pan. Sprinkle the rest of the wine out of the bowl.
