Spoon the garlic, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of the oil and stock. Leave it for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, half of the onion and the curry powder. Stir in the rice and fry for 2 minutes. Pour water and boil the rice. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Heat the oven grill or use a grill pan. Remove the meat from the marinade and place it on the baking tray when using the oven grill.

Place the griddle or grate with the meat 15 cm under the grill and roast the meat in brown and cooked for 10-15 minutes.

Or grill it in the hot grill pan, under regular turning.
