Cut the meat into thinner pieces. Heat the ginger, garlic, onion, soy sauce, caster sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil without cooking. Marinate the meat for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice and let it cool down a bit.

Heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the leek, carrot and celery for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Dab the meat dry and keep the marine water. Roast the meat in a hot grill pan or frying pan for about 3 minutes per side.

In the meantime, add the rice to the stir-fry vegetables and fry the rice with you.

Serve the pilav with the roasted meat and drizzle with the marine water.
