Roasted pumpkin with sesame and orange

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Wash the pumpkin and cut it in half.

Spoon out the seeds and store them if necessary.

Cut the pumpkin into equal cubes and place them on a baking tray.

Mix in the orange pieces. Sprinkle with sesame, (chili) pepper, orange zest and a good pinch of salt.

Drizzle with orange juice and oil and mix well.
-
Roast the pumpkin in the oven in about 25 minutes until tender and brown.

Spoil a few times in between.
