Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Mix 1 tablespoon mustard with the olive oil and honey and brush the pork chops with this.

Prepare the potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat a grill pan and toast the meat golden brown and cooked for 5-6 minutes per side. Reverse the pork chops as they easily release from the pan.

Heat the cream and the rest of the mustard. Scoop the baby potatoes through. Serve them with the pork chops.
