Roasted sweet potato and sprouts with hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 3x3 cm. Halve the sprouts and mix them with the potato cubes, hazelnuts, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder, thyme and oil.
  3. Grind a little salt and pepper and shake well. Spread this mixture over the baking sheet and roast high in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown and al dente. Serve on a nice scale.
