Rocket salad with lemon chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon, mustard-honey dressing (100 g AH), chicken fillet fumé (about 180 g), potato gilts (`450 g), salt and (freshly ground) black pepper, avocado and rocket salad mix (75 g).

Clean lemon scrub and 1 teaspoon of peel.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Stir in deep plate dressing, lemon juice and grated zest.

Cut chicken fillet into thin slices, roll through dressing and let stand for approx.

6 minutes.

In the meantime, boil the potato slices in approx.

4 minutes with little water and salt.

Peel avocado and cut into slices.

Cut out potato slices.

Spread lettuce and potato slices over two plates.

Put slices of avocado and chicken fillet on top.

Sprinkle the rest of the dressing over it and sprinkle with pepper..
