A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, grandmother's meatballs (scale 225 g), spring onions (in rings), mayonnaise, piccalilly (jar of 335 g), milk rolls (bag of 10 pieces) and lamb's lettuce (a 75 g).

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat with the lid on the pan in approx. 20 min. Golden brown and done. Times regularly. Cut them into slices.

Mix the spring onion, mayonnaise and piccalilly. Cut the buns open and brush with the piccalilly mayonnaise. Divide the lamb's lettuce and the slices of minced meat over it.
