Directions

  1. Pour 1 liter of boiling water into a pan and add the tea bags, ginger, lemon and fresh mint. Let the tea draw for about 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the ginger, lemon and fresh mint and season with honey.
  3. Pour the cold tea into a bottle and let it cool for at least 3 hours in the fridge. Take the iced tea with you in a thermos.
