A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (slightly crumbly), butter, red onion (in half rings), red cabbage (in strips), raisins, vinegar and semi-skimmed milk.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water for 25 minutes in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, heat the butter in a large pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the coals and raisins and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan over medium heat. Put the vinegar through.
  3. Drain the potatoes. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add to the potatoes. Stamp with puree pestle. Spoon the coals through and season with salt and pepper. Delicious with pork chops and frutti.
