Puree with red cabbage and raisins
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (slightly crumbly), butter, red onion (in half rings), red cabbage (in strips), raisins, vinegar and semi-skimmed milk.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water for 25 minutes in salted water.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a large pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the coals and raisins and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan over medium heat. Put the vinegar through.

Drain the potatoes. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add to the potatoes. Stamp with puree pestle. Spoon the coals through and season with salt and pepper. Delicious with pork chops and frutti.
