A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs (beaten), potatoes (firm, peeled and coarsely grated), onions (chopped), flour, emmental (cheese, grated), garlic (pressed) and butter.

Add pepper and salt to the beaten eggs to taste and pour over the grated potato.

Scoop the onion slices through the potato mixture.

Add the flour.

Scoop the grated cheese through and add the garlic.

Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating on the smallest wick with a flame distributor.

Fry the rösti for 45 minutes on low heat.

Turn halfway.

Cut into points.

Delicious with chicken and tomato salad..
