Rösti with bacon
Peel the potatoes with a peeler and grate them (in the food processor) coarsely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the bacon cubes.
Divide the potato sausages around the bacon over the bottom of the pan.
Press the strings carefully with a spatula and form biscuits.
Put the lid diagonally on the pan and fry the potato cookies in 2 times on medium high heat in almost 8-10 minutes and until golden brown at the bottom.
Turn the cakes over with a spatula and fry the tops in about 4 minutes until golden on medium high heat.
Serve the röstis on a dish and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
