Roti dish with minced meat, omelet rolls and rice
Rice dish with basmati rice, cherry tomatoes, minced meat, roti bean dish, parsley and omelette.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the minced meat over a high heat in 5 minutes.

Add the roti dish and tomatoes and heat for 3 minutes. Season with pepper.

Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine. Beat the eggs and mix with half of the parsley.

Season with pepper and salt. Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in half of the egg mixture and stir.

Put the lid on the pan and let the omelette cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Make another omelette.

Roll up the omelettes and cut each into 12 rolls.

Serve the roti with the rice and omelet rolls. Garnish with the rest of the parsley.
