Rucola soup with herbs
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: spring onions (in rings), rucola salad (75 g), fresh parsley (30 g), fresh basil (15 g), fresh thyme, garden broth (from tablet) and lemon juice.

Spread the spring onions, arugula, parsley, basil and thyme with hot stock.

Boil gently for 3 minutes.

Mix with smooth blender until smooth soup.

Heat up the soup and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Create soup in four bowls.
