Rucola soup with potato and bacon
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, shallots (finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), vegetable broth (340 ml), rocket lettuce, minikrieltjes (or potato cubes (450 g)), bacon (12 slices) and whipped cream.

Melt butter in a pan and finely fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add undiluted vegetable stock, 6 dl water and rocket, bring the soup to the boil and boil for 4 minutes.

Mix with bar blender until smoothly tied soup.

Add the potatoes and boil in 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, crispy brown baking in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Whip cream with soup and heat briefly.
