Fast shrimp cocktail for 1 person of cucumber, chives, vinegar, mandarin, shrimp and parsley.

Cut the cucumber into cubes of 1 cm. Mix with the chives and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the mandarin and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Remove the tails from the shrimp. Slice the parsley.

Scoop the mandarin, cucumber, shrimp and a spoonful of the cocktail sauce into the glass (the rest of the sauce is not used).

Garnish with the parsley.
