Russian salmon salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, salmon fillet, lemon juice, eggs, sour cream (125 ml), mayonnaise, red onions (very finely chopped), fresh dill (chopped), cucumber and (freshly ground) pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet. Place the salmon in it and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon juice over and let the salmon with the lid on the pan in 10-12 min. Gently cooked. Let the salmon cool down.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Stir in a bowl the sour cream with the mayonnaise and pepper and salt into a sauce. In a different bowl, spread the salmon with a fork into small pieces. Put three quarters of the onion and dill and half of the sauce through.

Arrange the cucumber in slices lengthwise with a cheese slicer and place on a flat dish. Spoon the salad and sprinkle the rest of the onion and dill over it. Peel the eggs, halve them and place them with the convex side in a circle on the salad. Dilute the rest of the sauce with 1-2 tbsp water and scoop some of the sauce over each egg. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
