Rye bread rolls with cat bacon mousse


A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, smoked bacon, MonChou soft and airy (200 g), Zaansemosterd and rye bread (Fries).

Directions

  1. Grind the bacon in the blender.
  2. Put the bacon mousse in a bowl and pour the chou and the mustard through it.
  3. Add (freshly ground) pepper to taste.
  4. Brush a slice of rye bread with bacon mousse.
  5. Place a slice of rye bread on top and cover it with the mousse.
  6. Make another layer and finish with rye bread.
  7. Cut into six cubes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining 6 slices of rye bread and the rest of the bacon mousse..
