Rye bread rolls with cat bacon mousse
A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, smoked bacon, MonChou soft and airy (200 g), Zaansemosterd and rye bread (Fries).

Grind the bacon in the blender.

Put the bacon mousse in a bowl and pour the chou and the mustard through it.

Add (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Brush a slice of rye bread with bacon mousse.

Place a slice of rye bread on top and cover it with the mousse.

Make another layer and finish with rye bread.
-
Cut into six cubes.
-
Repeat with the remaining 6 slices of rye bread and the rest of the bacon mousse..
