Salad of beetroot with cold garlic potatoes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: boiled beets, white cheese cubes in herb oil (300 g), balsamic vinegar, potato fry (a 450 g), red onion and garlic sauce.

Clean beet and cut into cubes.

Combine 1 tbsp of herbs of cheese cubes and balsamic vinegar.

Sprinkle the beets with salt.

Balsamic mixture pour over it.

Leave for 5 minutes.

Cook potatoes in little water with salt in 5 to 8 minutes.

Rinse with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Meanwhile, peel and cut into small rings.

Make a bed of onion rings on the middle of the plate.

Distribute beet blocks over it.

Distribute cheese cubes over beetroot cubes.
