Cook the pasta shells in plenty of water with the stock cubes in approx. 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Let it drain well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and mushrooms at medium height with stir-frying brown.

Let them cool down and season with salt and pepper.

Scoop together the pasta shells, the ham strips, the parsley, the mushrooms and the garlic sauce and serve immediately.
