Directions

  1. Heat the vinegar and sugar in a pan until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Allow to cool to room temperature in a cup, this is the agrodolce.
  3. Drain the mozzarella on kitchen paper.
  4. Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.
  5. Cut the to in half lengthwise and then to quarters, sprinkle with a little salt.
  6. Grab a plate per person and carefully separate the mozzarella and spread over the center of a plate.
  7. Divide the strawberries, to and raspberries over and beside the cheese.
  8. Garnish with the basil, especially the small leaves and tops.
  9. Grind fresh black pepper over it, drizzle with olive oil and agrodolce.
  10. Serve with crusty bread such as ciabatta.
