Salad soup with radicchio and almonds
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, almond shavings (45 g), butter, shallots (finely chopped), mixed radicchio salad (200 g), chicken stockings and crème fraîche.

Fry golden brown toast in dry frying pan.

Heat butter in a (soup) pan.

Fry the shallots for 3 min.

Save for 1 min.

Add bouillon tablets and 8 dl of water.

Bring the soup to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix half of almonds with soup.

Soup the soup with a hand blender or in a food processor.

Bring again gently to the boil.

Stir in crème fraîche and season with soup with pepper.

Make soup in bowls and distribute the remainder of almonds over it.

Tasty with freshly toasted white bread..
