Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cut or cut out the slices of bread that are slightly larger than the cavities of the muffin mold.

Brush the bread rolls on both sides with oil and press them into the muffin mold. Bake the bread bowls in the oven in 10-12 minutes until crispy.

Flip them out of the mold and let cool for a while.

Divide the salad over the bread dishes. Insert a stick with a tomato and sprinkle with the chives.
