Peel the grapefruits thick and then cut the wedges between the membranes. Collect the juice above a bowl.

Halve the avocados and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Cut it into wedges and mix them with the grapefruit wedges.

First beat the mustard through the grapefruit juice collected and then the oil until a smooth dressing occurs. Season with salt and pepper.
