Salad with cheese and orange marmalade
Salad of arugula with chicory, la Grande Hirondelle cheese, hazelnuts and orange marmalade
In a saucepan, bring marmalade, vinegar and wine to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes until a nice dressing is created. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool for about 2 minutes. Chop hazelnuts coarsely and grate golden brown in frying pan.
Clean chicory, wash and cut into strips of approx. 2 cm. Distribute arugula and praise over four plates. Cut crusts of cheese and cut cheese into slices. Place slices of cheese on salad and drip dressing.
