Salad with fried shrimps
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, red pepper, fresh dill (11 g), olive oil, cocktail shrimp (125 g), lettuce (200 g), red wine vinegar and salt and pepper.

Garlic peel and coarse chop.

Clean pepper and cut very finely.

Dill finely.

Fry 2 tablespoons of olive oil in frying pan.

Rub garlic and pepper gently for about 2 minutes.

Add shrimps and fry for approx.

2 minutes.

Spread over four plates.

Divide shrimps over it.

Bake grease together with the rest of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until the dressing is done.

Divide dressing over lettuce.

Sprinkle with dill..
