Peel the apple, cut it into four pieces and remove the core. Then slice the apple into slices.

Crumble the goat's cheese.

Divide the lettuce over the plates. Divide the apple and the goat's cheese over the lettuce.

Sprinkle the bacon strips over it.

Stir in a dressing of the honey, oil and vinegar. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.
