Oysters on a bed of spinach with sundried tomatoes
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, sundried tomatoes on oil, (olive) oil, pine nuts, lemon, oysters, fresh ready-made spinach (300 g), salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Cut tomatoes into pieces. Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan. Rub pine kernels light brown and drain on kitchen paper. Clean the lemon well under cold running water and cut into 8 parts.

Open oysters with oyster knife (cut loose around muscles and 'pry open' them). Heat in wok rest of oil. Sprinkle spinach on high heat. Allow moisture to evaporate. In colander moisture from spinach pressing and spinach back in wok. Cut in half of the pieces of tomato. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Create lukewarm spinach in the middle of four plates. Place oysters and lemon wedges on them. Sprinkle pieces of tomato and pine nuts around them.
