A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oyster mushrooms, white balsamic vinegar, fresh parsley (a 30 g, finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), salt and pepper and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the oyster mushrooms into broad strips and boil for 2-3 minutes in a mixture of balsamic vinegar and 300 ml of water.
  2. Drain the liquid and mix in the parsley and garlic and marinate for a few hours.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and possibly some olive oil..
