Antipasti marinated oyster mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oyster mushrooms, white balsamic vinegar, fresh parsley (a 30 g, finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), salt and pepper and olive oil.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into broad strips and boil for 2-3 minutes in a mixture of balsamic vinegar and 300 ml of water.
Drain the liquid and mix in the parsley and garlic and marinate for a few hours.
Season with salt, pepper and possibly some olive oil..
