Directions

  1. Wash the nectarines and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the wick (this is best done by turning the 2 halves in the opposite direction).
  3. Heat a grill pan.
  4. Brush the nectarines on the cutting edge with 1 tablespoon of oil and grill them for 5 minutes in the pan, only on the cutting edge.
  5. Make a dressing of the mustard, oil, honey and 2 tablespoons of water.
  6. Divide the lettuce, pecans and Gorgonzola over 4 plates and place 2 half nectarines on each plate.
  7. Drip the dressing over the salad.
